Please don't.  This is a discussion group, and there are many sites out there on which you can post your resume.

As for when to start looking, do it now.  By the time you want to have a job you should have begun networking, doing volunteer work, interning, attending conferences, and/or other things to learn something about the market.  Remember, even us "little" museums in small town western America get dozens of applicants for each position.
