I'm working on a project that may result in the creation of a 10,000
square-foot gallery space.  I've done considerable research and am
looking for a few additional models upon which to project operating
expenses.

If anyone associated with a gallery/museum roughly of that size would be
willing to send me a few stats, it would be greatly appreciated.

I need three basic pieces of info:

*  total number of staff (and the position titles, if possible).

*  total budget

*  are you a collecting institution?
