PRESS RELEASE:

Worldwide Books, the distributor of international art museum publications
and other art books, is pleased to announce that its bibliographic database
is now accessible through the Internet. Encompassing more than 30,000 titles
on art, architecture and photography systematically selected over the past
three decades for Worldwide's library clients, this searchable database
features thorough bibliographic records for international museum and gallery
catalogues published since the 1960s, as well as American trade and
university press art books published since 1992 (including forthcoming
titles). Many titles in the database are not catalogued by Library of
Congress, and cannot be easily located through conventional resources.

More than 18,000 of the listed titles are currently available, with new
listings added biweekly. Records for out-of-print and otherwise unavailable
titles have been retained in the database to enhance its reference value.

Users may search the database by title key words, author, artist, ISBN,
LCCN, museum, date of publication, medium, chronological period,
geographical region and other categories. Orders for books and catalogues
listed in the database may be placed electronically.

The database is located at http://www.worldwide.com
