We have a small, research library - a few thousand volumes, many of
which are long out of print, but specific to our collections.  We
limit use to in-house, but make the material available to faculty,
students, volunteer staff,  and community members.

We have a copy machine and allow reasonable use for free, or at the
going copy rate for anything over ten pages.
