Try soaking a rag in a solution of TSP and the holding the rag on the latex
paint, after while it will break down the paint and it will come off.

Subject: Re: [MUSEUM-L] Plexiglas cleaning & paint

Dear Robin,

there are plexiglas specialists like Frank Europe for such questions. The
firm distributes plexiglas show cases and offers answers to anything
connected with plexi.

See http://www.pcs.frankeurope.com/en.html

Elbow grease is new for me, but sounds terrible.

Best

Christian
