Well, since I'm the David mentioned, I'll agree.  I was guilty of a "rush
to judgment" (to borrow a phrase here) in this situation.  I'm glad the
situation which precipitated this debate is over.  Sorry, Hank.
 
I'm glad also that cooler heads and wisdom prevailed inside the Beltway
on this issue.
