I try to keep a range of links to web development etc. information sites
of particular use to museum and arts web developers on my web site (see
below) - though I would not claim that this is in any way comprehensive.

More generally, there are literally hundreds of sites offering the sort of
advice you are asking about across the web - some produced by the
industry, others by enthusiasts.
