Can anyone recommend a good conservator in the New York City area who is
qualified to clean a WPA painting in a private collection?  It is an oil
painting that has a heavy glaze on it making the whole image (which is a
highly detailed portrait of the 125th Street El train station) look brown
and yellow...thus hard to see.
