No one has mentioned two of my favorites yet, both of
which have short but amusing museum scenes.

There's the "so bad it's good" Chain Reaction which
stars Keanu Reeves as a University of Chicago physics
student, and features a chase through "the science
museum" (although it's shot in both the Field and
Science and Industry, the hero then emerges on the
street in Washington D.C.)

Then there's Election, in which Matthew Broderick
becomes a museum educator at the Museum of Natural
History in NYC after everything else in his life has
fallen apart!
