Taylor Studios Inc. is an exhibit fabrication firm specializing in natural history and unique fabrications (models, murals, environments, installations, etc.).

Exhibit Fabricator/Artist
Seeking a creative experienced individual with broad expertise in exhibit development and fabrication.  The ideal candidate will have artistic ability to paint, model and sculpt realistically; knowledge of exhibit fabrication and installation; working knowledge of production methods including:  construction, carpentry, mold making and casting; ability to work with accurate dimensions and proportions and to follow precise scale drawings, ability to make color selections compatible with established designs; ability to orchestrate several tasks simultaneously and work independently; ability to adhere to deadlines; ability to anticipate possible problems and to offer creative solutions;  interest in natural history and science; three to five years experience in similar three-dimensional production field.  Qualified candidates should submit a resume, cover letter and portfolio materials.

Project Manager/Fabricator
Seeking a creative, professional, self-starting, focused person to coordinate all aspects of projects.  The ideal candidate must have all the skills of an exhibit fabricator (listed above) plus excellent skills in supervising project teams, managing schedules and budgets, and good communication skills.  The duties will include:  management of day to day operation of projects, organization of team members, quality control, scheduling, organization and assistance in purchasing materials, reporting to owners, establishing installation plans, training, oversee shop safety, and fabrication.  The qualified candidate must have five to seven years experience in project management and fabrication in a similar three-dimensional production field.  Candidates should submit a resume, cover letter with salary requirements, and portfolio materials.

Business Assistant to the President
Seeking an enthusiastic professional to assist with a wide range of business functions.  The ideal candidate must be highly organized and detail oriented, have exceptional problem solving skills, good verbal and written communication skills, self motivation and an interest in business and financial matters.  Duties will include assisting with the following: financial and project reports, scheduling and work load tracking, advertising and publicity, human resources, marketing plans, assisting project managers with administrative tasks and a wide range of other business responsibilities.  Qualified candidates should have a bachelor’s or masters degree in business (preferably accounting or management) and a minimum of two years experience.
