When producing an exhibition catalogue in conjunction with an exhibition
of a living artist's work, how many complimentary copies of the catalogue
does the artist customarily receive? What if the artist wanted to obtain
two-thirds of the run (e.g., 1000 out of 1500 copies) for their personal
use? How would you take into account that the bulk of the cost of
production is in the first 1000 units? Thanks in advance for all ideas
and suggestions.
