I was asked to serve as the ADA coordinator at my museum.  One of my
responsibilities is to write a grievance procedure to process any
complaints.  Right now I'm trying to gather some examples of written
procedures.  I was wondering if anyone has completed this process and
would be willing to share their insights and text.
