         As well as the things that Chris mentioned (and climate control is
a very serious issue in old buildings where the building fabric may not
support the RH levels required), I would want to know if the building is
multi-storey and how one would get artifacts to the upper floors - elevator?
- are there constraints in the stairways?  Are there adequate stairways for
public access?  Are there adequate public facilities, eg washrooms.
