I don't know if 2.0 works the same as 2.5, but we go to Utilities, Setup, Accession--then choose Thank You Letter, Modify Custom Form. You can set the margins from there.

Hope that helps. I'm sure the PastPerfect experts on the list can provide more information if that doesn't work.
