The National Council on Public History announces that the program and 
pre-registration materials for its 2005 annual meeting in Kansas City,
Missouri, are now available online.

Visit the NCPH web site at:

You will find the full program and registration form in both Word and
pdf
formats.

The meeting, hosted by the Truman Museum and Library, will include
sessions on interpreting state history, documenting the industrial
landscape, heritage tourism, national parks, programs at presidential
libraries and museums, among other subjects.  The Saturday evening
banquet will feature
presidential historian Michael Beschloss as keynote speaker.

Pre-registration is now open.  You may mail or fax your registration
form
with payment to the NCPH Executive Offices.

Also located on the web page is information regarding our conference
hotel -
The Kansas City Marriott and Muehlebach Tower.  You may now make room
reservations by contacting the hotel. Make sure that you identify
yourself
as part of NCPH in order to obtain the special conference rate.
