ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGER

Responsible for the administration and operational management of a
developing performing and visual arts center.  Responsibilities
include working with committees of the Board of Directors and
overseeing staff; coordinating communications among the different
arms of the organization including volunteers, committees and program
partners; facilitating site planning and development; establishing
procedures for volunteer recruitment; overseeing maintenance of
organizational records and files; and the establishing of a grant
solicitation calendar. The successful candidate will  demonstrate
exceptional administrative, managerial and organizational abilities,
be professionally articulate, possess written and oral communication
skills, be successful in working with a broad spectrum of volunteers,
skilled in negotiation, and possess management related experience and
ability in the application of business-software. Salary negotiable.
