This could be the National Museum of Natural Science in Taichung, Taiwan. Many
of their staff have been through the Smithsonian National Museum of Natural
History for short term "training." The National Museum of Natural Science also
had some arrangement with the Carnegie Museum of Natural History in Pittsburgh
