We are anticipating an upcoming membership drive, and I am interested in
hearing from those who have challenged their board members to bring in new
members.  Were your board members willing to comply?  And if so, did you
challenge them for a specific number of new members each or leave it to their
discretion?  Any suggestions/personal experiences in this area would be
greatly appreciated.
