This may seem to be an insignificant question but how many of
you have bulletin boards (the kind you push pins into, not bytes
through) where the public can post things in a protected, visible
place for others to see? If you have such a board does someone
on the staff keep it in order? I just spent the afternoon posting
in Soho and realized how much community information I get that way
and how few authorized places there seem to be these days. It certainly
seems to speak to the issue of accessibility and community. Of
course, you could say New York is one big bulletin board...
