Here is a more convenient source of the discussion about the proposed
USFWS regulation changes, esp as they relate to insect collecions and
international shipments. Peter

X-Comment: Entomology Discussion List

Dear entonetters,

I have compiled many of the informative or witty contributions
pertaining to the proposed USFWS regulatory changes and Lacey Act. If
people want to send their comments to USFWS by November
14, but have missed some of the discussion or otherwise feel less than
informed, I suggest perusing this group of letters. If I get many
requests, I'll just send it to everyone. This document will contain 920
lines of text (you have been warned!).
