(from a photographers point of view) I don't think it unreasonable to  
charge a small fee if they are basically closing an area for any  
amount of time.   Depends on the shoot and how much they will bring  
and how long it will take.  They are going to need a property  
release.   Do not sign a stand one.  Make sure it says that they are  
only allowed to use these images for personal NON COMMERCIAL use.
