Associate Buildings Coordinator

The Metropolitan Museum of Art, one of the world's finest museums, seeks an 
Associate Buildings Coordinator to report to the Assistant Buildings Manager and handle administrative duties in the Controls Office.  This person will be responsible for answering phones, drafting reports, dispatching workers to job sites, forwarding messages, creating work orders, and providing back-up to the ADI and DataStream systems.  Other duties include, maintaining attendance of building staff annual leave and personal leave, answering requests for an employee dispatch to an emergency, such as a leak, communicating with Union representatives, and other related duties.

Successful candidates will possess 1-3 years of experience in a fast-paced office environment.  Excellent communication and organizational skills required.  The ability to set priorities, multi-task, and follow through with assignments is required.  BA or BS degree is required.
