I am a college student at the University of Iowa taking a Collections
Care and Management Course in Museum Studies.  I would like to know what
museums are looking for in Collections manager candidates, specifically
in art museums and even more specifically paintings.  What educational
background, experience and personal qualities must a candidate have when
applying for a Collection manager's position?
