I am writing from a small historic house in Manhattan. We use Paypal  
on our website but recently we have had trouble with our account.

PayPal has suspended our account because it claims that it never  
received proof of our non-profit status and needs information about  
our bank account.

Our accountant feels that this is suspicious as we have had the  
account linked to our bank account for over two years. The staff has  
called PayPal several times but we always get the same answer "You  
never submitted this information".

Have any other non-profits you know of had trouble with PayPal recently?
