Hi,

I am currently desinging a form to do Condition Reports on Heritage
Buildings.  If anyone knows of any literature on this subject could you
please email me.  Or if anyone has a form that they are currently using for
this purpose that they wouldn't mind sharing, could they please fax it to me.
