1) My back has been bothering me from sitting at the keyboard for extended
periods of time.  I feel like I'm getting 'mouse shoulder' and I'm worried
about carpel tunnel syndrome, not to mention eyestrain.  Any ideas on
maintaining my health while using the computer?
 
2) What is telnet?
