The Milwaukee Public Museum has a PC in their temporary exhibit on
Butterlies.  It accesses only one page on monarchs.

The Chicago Children's Museum has a suite of PCs in their media lab.  These
are restircted to about half-a-dozen selected sites.

You may want to contact one of these places to see how they did it.
