According to Ed Able's press statement (posted yesterday), "Mayor Giuliani
has a record of strong and steady support for New York's renowned cultural
institutions..."

Hasn't he tried to zero-out the budgets of most arts groups in the City (only
to have City Council approve funding)? New Yorkers out there, what's the real
record of Rudy on arts funding?
