I am currently undertaking research in to two areas of museum studies,
and would appreciate any information or references anyone may have for
both of them.

The first area is museum retailing - are there any articles or text
books that you know of about the museum shop?

The second area is identity.  I am particularly interested in identity
in terms of national/ regiona/ local identity.  At this stage I am
reviewing the literature before going out and doing some fieldwork, but
again, any references or leads on this would be really helpful.
