Thanks Jerry!

We were planning on adhering some ethafoam to our vacuum cleaners as a
"just in case" measure AND as a bit of a mnemonic device for our
maintenance staff.

We may give FoamFast 74 a go.

Best,
Ware

Subject: Ethafoam adhesive

A year or two ago there was a discussion here about adhesives for
Ethafoam. I was trying to find an alternative
to hot glue guns and water based contact cement. Well, I've found
something. I don't know how long it's been
out, but 3M has a spray called FoamFast 74 (Orange). The spray adhesive
doesn't come out in a mist. It's more
like a thick "Silly String" so the application can be controlled. If you

use Ethafoam often I whole heartily suggest
you give it a try. And before you ask, no, I don't know if it off gases.

It has little aroma and I doubt if it is any
worse than the hot glues and contact cements.
Just trying to make your jobs easier.
