The Standard Facility Report is a book published by the American
Association of Museums.   The computer disk you are referring to is part
of the book, and comes with the book when you purchase it.  I suggest
that you buy the complete book and that way you will get all the
information.  Purchasers of the book and disk do not have AAM's
permission to reproduce it for any reason other than to use it in their
own museum.
