Our very nice conservators have started the series "Conservation Notes"
again and the first article is "Boxing Up Your Collections: How Safe Are
They?" by Gail Bailey. The article addresses the quality of different
storage boxes used in museum and archive collections.

Copies can be purchased for $1.00 (to cover shipping/handling) from:

        Publications
        Texas Memorial Museum
        2400 Trinity
        Austin TX 78705

Another source would be:
        Library of Congress
        National Preservation Program
        Washington DC 20540
