HO HO HO!!! Jolly old St. Nick (well, why not? I DO have the build for it!)
announces the impending release of an updated (more than 200 NEW citations in
English, French, German and Dutch) version of the celebrated
Waidacher-Sas-Needham international bibliography on visitor studies,
evaluation, market research and performance measurement.

Many thanks to Jan Sas and Fritz Waidacher for many new citations, and to Jan
for spotting a number of errors and duplications in the bibliography. These
have been cleaned up. Thanks also to Elana Benamy, of the Academy of Natural
Sciences of Philadelphia, for telling me about an interesting article in "The
Geological Curator".

I am asking our informatics people to load the revised file as soon as
possible. This usually takes a week. When you access the page containing the
downloadable file, please check for a revision date of late December 97/early
January 98.

PLEASE NOTE: OUR URL HAS CHANGED!!!

To access the on-line bibliography, go to the on-line resources page of the
Canadian War Museum website:

http://www.civilization.ca/cwm/cwmeng/cwmreeng.html

If downloading to a floppy, make sure you have LOTS of room, as our
bibliography is approaching 80 single spaced pages!

On behalf of my colleagues Fritz and Jan, may I take this opportunity, at this
festive season, to express our greetings and best wishes to you and yours, and
our wishes for a happy and healthy 1998. We hope that our bibliography may be
of some help to you.
