I started this job when my baby was 3 months old. I appreciated that I
was able to take my 15-minute afternoon break in a private place
(nursing moms know what for). I hope that all museums can be
accommodating--not necessarily by giving new moms extra breaks, which
wouldn't be fair, but by permitting break time to be used this way and
by allowing a place for this.

What the original post-er drafts up will set precedent for her
institution, and I agree that she should take the opportunity to create
a suitable and reasonable policy.
