Well, Indigo, I winced at "there are a slew..." but since it's a gift, I
can't complain.

I agree with you that sarcasm is always risky.  Some folks just don't
appreciate attempts at humor, as someone with whom I've been corresponding
privately, and who has forbidden me to darken his computer again, can tell
you!
