I checked with our maintenance staff.  Here is what they said:  For everyday
cleaning, use a ph neutral soap.  Acids and alkalis will etch the floor.
Every so often, use an alkaline wax stripper, rinse very well, seal and the
wax with a liquid wax.  They didn't give me product names, but did say that
commercial products are OK so long as everything is rinsed really well.
