EXAMINATION ANNOUNCEMENT
California Department of Parks and Recreation

EXHIBIT DESIGNER/COORDINATOR
Salary Range ($3962-$4777 per month)

Positions exist within the Department but applicants must be on the hiring list created through this examination.

The postmark deadline for applications for the examination is September 8, 2000.
Applications (Std. Form 678) must be POSTMARKED no later than September 8, 2000.

The examinations are anticipated to be held in October 2000.

JOB OPPORTUNITIES

The California Department of Parks and Recreation's Southern Service Center in San Diego will be hiring EXHIBIT DESIGNER/COORDINATORs at the posting of the new list.  The office consists of over 50 people working in a variety of disciplines.  Botanists, Architects, Archaeologists, Interpreters, Landscape Architects, Historians, and Civil Engineers all work together to implement a wide-range of planning, design, interpretive and resource management projects. 

The Positions offer opportunity for travel to some of the most interesting and beautiful parts of the state. The office is located in San Diego but serves State Parks throughout Southern California.
