Dear colleagues,

You've been helpful regarding other locales (and questions), so let
me try this:  when in Manhattan I've occasionally stayed at the
Barbizon because its convenient to gallery's, museums, etc.  But
they are now asking $130/night.  Any suggestions for a comperable
location, equally clean, but less expensive?  B&B or alternatives,
