I am on a list (H-LATAM) that has two moderators and an editorial board (
which I am a member of). The moderator's function is dealing with the unwanted
notes/noise that appear on the list. Robert's call for three divisions and
three moderators is a bit extreme. All that a moderator does is to cut down
on the messages that were meant for off list, and command questions.
