I wonder if you are renting the costumes for exhibition or wear. If they are
being "rented" or loaned for an exhibit to be displayed, then I think most
museums would charge $50-100 American dollars. We have reproduction costumes
that we rent for $50 per outfit. (pants, shirt, tie, vest).

The AAM bookstore sells a book of forms that is great to use to create your
own forms. It has several copies of loan forms that you could look at and
change for your particular environment.
