Historic Park Street Church in Downtown Crossing is preparing for its
Bicentennial Anniversary in 2009. One of Boston's oldest landmarks, it
is where "America" was first sung, the NAACP was launched, William Lloyd
Garrison spoke against slavery, and Henry James called it "the most
interesting mass of bricks and mortar in America". As part of the
Bicentennial Committee, (and to finish my thesis!), I am looking for
museum display cases/vitrines to rent for displaying photographs,
documents, and/or other ephemera for exhibitions in 2009. If you work
at an institution that might be willing to loan or rent, or know of an
institution that might be able to accommodate this request, I would be
most appreciative! Please contact Richard Elliott, Assistant Facilities
Manager at Park Street Church-- [log in to unmask], or call (617)
523-3383 ext. 235.

Thank you!
