The North Carolina Museum of History presents a conference on
"Southern Women and the Learning Experience"
Monday, March 20, 1995
 
This conference will explore, in the context of the South's multiple cultures,
ways women experienced education: lessons learned in homes, fields, factories,
and formal institutional settings.
 
Proposals for individual papers, roundtables, and entire panels must be
received by November 14, 1994. Send 250 word abstracts for individual papers
and 500 word abstracts for complete sessions to:
