I've used SYSTAT for years. There's also SPSS/Mac.

If you're DESPARATE there are a number of plugins
for Microsoft Excel that greatly expand its ability
to work with stat numbers. If you're looking for
simple crosstabs, the built-in PivotTable function
works decently (available on versions 6.0 and later,
as I recall).
