The museums and historical organizations in Northwest Arkansas are
considering a passport program for our Civil War-related activities in
2012.  

For anyone whose undertaken a passport program:

Did it pay off in increased visitation at all or some of the sites?  
Was it worth the time and money invested?  
What sort of prizes were offered for those who completed the passport?  
Any other thoughts to share?
