I concur with the sentiments of those who do not want to split. The
diversity of topics is broadening and I have frequently been able to pick
up a piece of information I had use for and would not have found if only
looking for interpretive items. Similarly, for those of us interested in
the broad field of museum management topics, I'd hate to have to access
10-15 lists to get the diversity of information available on Museum-L now.

I also concur with those who have urged less (or at least selective)
requoting of earlier messages, clearer subject lines, and keeping personal
messages off the broad distribution (acknowledging that I have mis-replied
on occasion; embarrassment sharpens attentiveness!).
