From the Houston Museum of Natural Science:

In response to the current situation in Louisiana, Mississippi and
Alabama, the Houston Museum of Natural Science is implementing its
"Hurricane relief" system. (A similar offer was made last year when
another hurricane threatened New Orleans.) 

We are offering those affected by the hurricane free admission to the
exhibit halls as well as a Buy One, Get One Free offer to our IMAX,
Planetarium, and Butterfly Center. Patrons who qualify will need to show
a valid drivers license from Louisiana, Miss. or Alabama.
