Why re-invent the wheel?

A small group of volunteers has little museum experience and little funding
so far, but lots of energy and ideas. They want to start a museum and need
help developing their business plan and first interpretive plan. Does anyone
have business plans for smallish museums that they would be willing to
share? Deleting your organization's specific financial figures and
identifying names is fine - the helpful parts are the categories and items
covered in the plan.
