I know of one situation:
Curator of Exhibits, M.A., 17 years seniority   $8.5K for 1/2 time
Curator of Collections, M.A., Ph.Cand., 8 years $10.5K for 3/4 time
Director, B.A. (unrelated field) brand new to job $24K for full time

BTW, Exhibits and Director are female, so the lowest F.T.E. employee is
male.
