am just back in office after holiday-if this has already been suggested,
please excuse the non-timely response. the bridge could well be considered
"roadside enhancement".   if your bridge is within site of a state
administered road/highway, talk with your state highway dept. folk about
what was called "icetea" funds (spelling may be off). it's federal
passthrough money. requires some degree of match.   it has been renewed and
renamed but they should be able to get you
info and qualifications. if this isn't enough info for them contact me and
i'll find out whatever it's being called these days.
