Try to use compressed air to get rid of the dust. But
first check if the center label is well attached.

I would not try to use commercial solutions of any
kind, since that might cause further problems.

In the past I have cleaned them with a drop of
surfractend in deionised water in an ultrasonic bath
(not wetting the label). The immersion time was only
about 5 seconds and then rinsing in deionised water.
Tab water can leave residues. Drying is done in cold
air stream.
